1. Choose a good inflammatory subject line. Something about Senate majority or poor or sick people, or, ooh yeah this one’s a good one, underprivileged children.
  2. Mention something Trump just did. Putting troops on our streets is a solid choice right now, but of course you have a lot of options.
  3. Say we need immediate action but be a little vague about what exactly that action should be. And certainly don’t do anything in advance.
  4. Ask for money. Say that action is going to cost a lot of money and talk about how much the GOP is spending.
